Everything was spotless, enjoyed our fabulous stay. We were in a hurry, even so the full cooked breakfast looked delicious.

The property was fairly clean, featured excellent design, I enjoyed it. The rooms were stylish and relaxing with amazing views of the garden.

The rooms are trendy with comfortable bed and the overall experience is very nice. Would stay here again, loved its fab location.

Modern staff, we appreciated our stay walk from pubs and restaurants. We stayed in the budget queen room, it was brand-new and the bed was soft. Delightful breakfast, nice service. The location was COSY, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a family run art gallery.

The staff was hospitable, prime location, had a fresh made breakfast. The poolside bar was relaxing and the drinks were bottled. A beautiful beach, absolutely stunning view.

This place is budget because of the magnificent location and the inner courtyard views. 10 minutes walk from central Windermere. Hotel's breakfast was gorgeous, included cereal and fruit. Got budget double room as expected, truly enjoyed it.
