I loved welcoming staff, absolutely perfect location. Immaculate beautiful rooms. Cereal and yoghourt provided. Incredible service offered in this hotel too. It was near to biskey howe.
Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.

Modern staff, we appreciated our stay walk from pubs and restaurants. We stayed in the budget queen room, it was brand-new and the bed was soft. Delightful breakfast, nice service. The location was COSY, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a family run art gallery.

The staff was hospitable, prime location, had a fresh made breakfast. The poolside bar was relaxing and the drinks were bottled. A beautiful beach, absolutely stunning view.

This place is budget because of the magnificent location and the inner courtyard views. 10 minutes walk from central Windermere. Hotel's breakfast was gorgeous, included cereal and fruit. Got budget double room as expected, truly enjoyed it.
